In combination with the chosen tour, after the visit to the cellar, the LIGHT LUNCH offers an appetizer and a first course of homemade pasta, to be enjoyed in the Taverna Squarcialupi restaurant. As a dessert, the Chef's Cantuccini biscuits and not to miss, the aromatic Vinsanto del Chianti Classico DOC of the winery. Possibility of changes to the menu on request.

Walk in our vineyards overlooking the Val d'Elsa, introduction to the organic viticulture and the company's philosophy. Explanation of the production processes and guide to tasting the wines chosen in the cellar.

The "sunset cellar" in Viale Rimembranza 28 in Castellina boasts a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills and the Val d'Elsa.
There you can admire the sun going down behind the hills and the sky turning orange and red. The perfect moment to enjoy a Tuscan snack with the organic wine produced from the vineyards below the cellar.

For dinner you can reach the "Taverna Squarcialupi" restaurant within a 5-minute walk. It is located in the historical center and the guests have the opportunity to visit the ancient aging cellar under the Palazzo Squarcialupi and taste our Chef's specialties, including homemade pasta, from ancient grains grown on the farm.
